By accessing, registering or using the website www.croatiaconnect.co ("the Platform") and the services of "CROATIA CONNECT" DOOEL ("we", "us", "our company"), the user ("you", "the user") agrees to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Services

"CROATIA CONNECT" DOOEL provides an online platform for connecting job seekers with employers, primarily focused on employment opportunities in the Republic of Croatia and the region.

Services include:

• creating and managing candidate and employer profiles;
• posting job advertisements by employers;
• applying for jobs by candidates;
• exchange of information between candidates and employers;
• communication through the Platform.

The Platform is an intermediary service and does not guarantee employment, interviews or agreements with employers.

2. Registration and User Profiles

• Registration with a valid email and password is required to use the Platform.
• The user must provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration and keep it current.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and the activities on your profile. Report immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or delete your profile without prior notice if you violate the Terms or if we believe it is necessary for the security of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Platform, design, code, logo and content are the property of "CROATIA CONNECT" DOOEL or authorized third parties.
• Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.
• Content from profiles (CV, job postings) remains the property of users, but by creating a profile they grant a license to display and share with other users in accordance with the purposes of the Platform.
• Copying, modification or distribution without our consent is prohibited.

5. Payments and Prices

• Certain services for employers may be paid.
• Prices are displayed on the Platform and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers and we are not responsible for their issues.
• There are no refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuity, accuracy or results.
• We do not guarantee that you will find a job or that you will find suitable candidates.
• We are not responsible for content posted by users, including inaccurate information in CVs or job postings.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum amount paid by you for services in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or similar.

7. Termination of Use

• We may terminate services at any time with or without reason, with or without notice.
• After termination, confidentiality and payment obligations remain.
• You can deactivate your profile at any time through the settings.

8. Enhanced Confidentiality

Users agree that information such as CV, contact details and work experience are sensitive and will only be used for the purposes of the Platform. Further sharing outside the Platform without consent is prohibited.

9. Acceptable Use

Prohibited:

• discrimination, harassment or insults towards other users;
• posting illegal content or copyright infringement;
• commercial use without our consent;
• attempting to hack or compromise security.

Violations may result in profile blocking and legal consequences.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update the Terms at any time. Continued use after publication of changes means consent. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. All disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Prilep, RNM.
