Future model — per-listing
Once the platform reaches mature application volume, we will introduce per-listing pricing (expected Q3/Q4 2026). The price will be significantly lower than agency commissions (1 month of salary per hire is typically €1,000–2,000).
Why per-listing, not subscription?
Seasonal hiring is uneven — you do not need a 12-month subscription for a 4-month season. You pay only when posting, when you actually need workers.

How do agency commissions work?
Agencies typically charge 1 month of salary per hire (€1,000–2,000). Croatia Connect is designing a per-listing model that is lower — you pay once and hire as many candidates as you need from that listing.
